Goods once sold cannot be exchanged or returned unless there are manufacturing defects or damages that may occur due to mishandling during shipping and delivery.
It is mandatory that you shoot a video and pictures of the unboxing of the package you receive and report to us within 12-15 hours through email, call or WhatsApp in case you find any significant defect/damage to the package which may have happened during loading, unloading or transit.
Any delay at your end in opening and checking the package for defects and notifying us immediately would mean return or refund is unlikely.
To be eligible for a return, the item you bought must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please note that only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be returned or refunded. In eligible cases, refund will be done in 10 working days.
